RANGE_EAST – You are invited to participate in a one-day forum focusing on the
recent wildfire events of 2016 and 2017 in the Southern Plains. The meeting will take place on February 13, 2018, beginning at 9:00 AM, at the Beaver County Fairgrounds, 1107 Douglas Avenue, Beaver, OK.

The meeting will consist of both presentations and panel discussions covering topics including weather conditions, impacts and recovery perspectives, and management strategies such as prescribed fire to help reduce future wildfire risk.

We welcome any individuals who were affected by wildfire events or are interested in learning about and discussing these topics to attend.
