Animal Health Day slated for March 1: Independence KS

The veterinarians of Montgomery County, in cooperation with K-State Research and Extension- Wildcat District are hosting Animal Health Day on Wednesday, March 1st at the Independence Civic Center, located at Penn and Locust. The thirty-sixth edition of this annual event will be underway with registration and an opportunity to visit event sponsors at 5:00 p.m.

The program features Dr. Sandy Johnson, sharing the latest tools for genetic improvement in the herd. Wendie Powell will also be covering Kansas fencing laws. Sponsors are providing a complimentary dinner around 6:15 and door prizes will be drawn!
