Hay market prices were steady with an undertone of strength, while demand remained strong. Movement was good for those who have not been affected by illness or quarantines. According to US Drought Monitor for the week of November 17th, moderate to severe drought continues to stretch over much of Kansas and Nebraska with conditions deteriorating across most of Kansas, but more stable farther north.
