Hay market trade slow; demand light; Most of the activity is on previously contracted hay.Hit and miss showers occurred across western Kansas and, although gratefully received, did not provide much relief from the drought conditions. Rain continues to fall, however, in the eastern half of the state making haying and field work next to impossible.
