SOCIETY FOR RANGE MANAGEMENT – The Kansas Section of the Society for Range Management will be holding a Youth Range Camp, June 18 – 19, 2019, at Camp Mennoscah, Murdock, KS.
The camp is for upcoming High School Sophomores, Juniors, & Seniors, and will include education on Range Plant Identification, Plant Growth, Stocking Rate Determinations, Livestock Nutrition, Rangeland Wildlife Management, and much more!
Tuition is $250 per participant. Interested students should contact their local Conservation District, Extension Office, Farm Bureau Office, livestock association, and/or other local business for possible financial assistance.
